To manage and solve technical queries from client/users.
1, Need basic skills for OS(Linux/Windows), Network(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Load balancing),
Storage(FC, NAS, iSCSI). And other special technical skills.
2, Communication skills for Japanese customer(End User, outside customer) and it experiences.
Need native levels Japanese communication skills.
3, English communication skills( TOEIC over 500 points)
4, Experience of troubleshooting and log analysis.
5, Ability to accurately and clearly inform technical content by phone or e-mail text.
